Amy is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had. Her explanations of the exercises help me access the appropriate muscles and get the most out of the movements.

Pilates is a great total body workout in general and Amy's classes, in particular, are my favorites. I had never taken Pilates before beginning Amy’s class about six months ago. I have a ruptured disc that has caused permanent sciatic nerve damage, so I was very relieved that she pays so much attention to protecting the low back. Amy gives very clear, easy to follow directions at the same time that she reminds everyone how to maintain the proper body positioning for each exercise. It is rather amazing that she can perform the exercises perfectly herself at the same time that she is talking
